An idea for a web platform for PROJECTmatch

We have web platforms for JOBmatch, why cannot we have one for PROJECTmatch? (at college)

A web platform of PROJECTmatch can help companies find the right teams or persons to get projects done but have no needs to hire them for cost- effective reason, and also, it is a talent bank FOR people who might have regular jobs but look for opportunties of projects.

All those companies have to do is to release the details of skills, knowledge, and experiences required for the project,and then it will automatically match relevant candidates to companies' listing entries. ( Not sure if anyone has done this before? Just an idea !) By 洪菁黛律師 ( Stefany Hung)
